Frasier revival

I wonder if they are going to have some of the old Cheers cast show up and they talk as if they saw Alan at the bar with Frasier, making references to situations we saw unfold in some of the Cheers episodes as if Alan was supposed to be in the scenes with Frasier tho we didn't see him....

Yeah. I'd do that if I was one of the writers...just for hell of it.

I want to see Alan go up to Norm and Cliff as if they were old friends and both of them be like, "who are you again?"

Just watched the latest episode. Is Olivia trying to sabotage Frasier?

And I'm not seeing any call back to the previous shows (name dropping Niles doesn't count).

In the final episode of the Season, when Ted Danson shows up, Frasier is finally going to figure out that he's been being tortured in the Bad Place all along, after all.

That actually makes perfect sense when you think of everything Frasier endured on Cheers. He fell in love with Diane and she left him at the altar, he then falls for Lilith and marries her, only to endure a horrible marriage, Lilith cheats on him driving him to despair where he threatened to jump, his marriage to Lilith ends in a bitter divorce that still scars him as his son Freddy is torn between them. Additionally, he listened to all the problems from the other characters but could never solve them which is terrible for a psychiatrist. You could say that Frasier endured his own personal hell on Cheers. And who was always there watching it all: Ted Danson!

Glad to see David get some respectful focus in the newest episode, while also demonstrating how screwed up the Crane family is. Seeing how David is now makes me want to see Daphne and Niles again in a moment of catharsis for David, but it seems like we may only ever get Daphne and not anytime soon (since Jane Leeves wasn't announced for this season).

I was kinda hoping Frasier quipped that Niles had gotten a B or two, and a Niles-equse excuse mentioned by drunk Freddy.

I don't think I enjoyed this one as much as the last few, but I did enjoy the moments of reflection and comedy for David.

Frasier's 'drinking problem' kept making me smile more than it should have done.

The Lillith episode was almost perfect, getting me in hysterics a few times. :D

Another great episode. Fraiser running off with his Honeybuns in an epi pen stupor had me rolling....telling his Son and Nephew..."see you in hell....I'm gonna be a professor" or something like that.......
Classic Fraiser antics.....lol

She's going to be in the last episode then, by default. ;)

I remember hearing that Peri Gilpin would appear around the same time we heard about Bebe Neuwirth. Can't wait anyway.

We had another hysterical episode this week, with Alan and David making a great comedy double act. :D

Also fun was Frasier trying to do his best to help Freddie do stuff, whilst failing to look after himself.

Did we hear if we're getting a second season yet?

I hope so, the show, whilst not Frasier, it's still very good and feels like a comfort blanket whenever I watch.
