hell thee would ven be hellish arguments about what the default setting on the thermostat might be for the entire star ship that the humans comfort zone would send the Gorn officers into Hibernation.

If they really had the money, they could have beed thse animatronic facial expression masks like from the first few Teen Age Mutant Ninja Movies... Muppets rock.

Frankly, the CGI wasn't good enough to pull off the job in In A Mirror Darkly too either. Although that is just probably because of the animators they chose to use rather than that there was not being the technology available, considering who the actor who plays daniels is the son of in real life.
