I just wanted something a bit more blunt and utilitarian looking, and adding the Klingon aspect, I believed helped.

Thanks! I envision her as being the same length of the TOS Rom BoP, just a lot more mass.

How does that underside work? There's rosters there that I, after some back-and-forth between the bottom- and side-view can't make heads or tails out of. Just like that hexagonal... port? that's there. I like it's shape but I'm not entirely sure how it all works. The bottom view makes it look like they're positioned on a curved belly, but the side view just doesn't show that. Do you, by chance, have a sketch of that part?

Yeah, it's a pretty chunky bird. I really like her. Whereas Federation design got more smoother during this time period, the Romulans taking a more utilarian turn is a welcome change in pace. Plus, the blend with Klingon technology is pretty cool.
