For the Imperium...

Maybe this is the Zek Corporation's prototype bid for a lucrative Romulan contract lol? The pincers in the front and rounded hull look very Ferengi. Include the T'Pau coloring, and you're the Marauder's cooler cousin who it's annoyed everyone likes better. Maybe if the lower hull were more rounded, the nacelles were more apparent, and it didn't have pincers on the head. Anyway, I really like the way the neck slopes down to dangle a wide fanned head structure. That it isn't something pointier, like on the Klingon BoP or Valdore. I like the diversity of design in that. (Why keep repeating the same thing?) It almost looks like a drop ship or something attached to a warp ring – like Obi Wan's hyperdrive fighter.

Here comes the bad year blimp! And the classic Atolm nebula to show that this is a nebulous design :D:p;)
Seriously cool ship, you can see that this will grow out over the generations and morph into the D'derideks class. :mallory:

At first I thought "pff, why would you need an artificial star if a fusion reactor does the same", but that's thinking like a Terran. I think it's wholly plausible the Romulans first pushed for getting a fusion reaction going in the first place, in this case in space instead of a terrestial facility, and worked from there.

Now you're smelling what the Rock is Cooking :) j/k
So yeah I envisioned this ship as the first steps that eventually lead them to the Artificial Singularity Drive.

I think you could actually come away with skipping the entire lower half of the ship and just integrate the nacelles into those front winglets. I think that works pretty well...

So is that the shuttle bay there in the 'gullet'?

Also, this gives me a strong "Emperor Draco is on board and pissed" vibe.
LOL no it's just a vent...lol

Thanks, and you are correct, but this ship actually separates. That's why the she looks the way she does.
