LOL.. I personally think it's a cool hatI think they might have a problem with this one.. the Boo-me'rang class.. sets course to the next system.. but it keeps coming back after half a space mile!
In all seriousness, it is an interesting design with the nacelles intergrated in the hull that way.![]()
Thanks greatly. It's like the Klingons stole their bird of prey design and were like, oh yeah, hold my romulan ale...
This looks awesome
Thank youEarly on in his Byrne Trek comic books, John Byrne illustrated a series set in the Romulan Empire, and had his Praetor character unveil a new ship to impress the masses. It was garden variety generic sci-fi. He has nothing on you as far as Romulan design.
Thanks! I believe that all romulan ships can do well in atmosphere, so there...That is a really nice one, looks like it can dash around in an atmosphere as well.![]()
Absolutely. Flying in an atmosphere for Trek ships seems not to be a "thing" that cannot be done...So long as all their structural integrity and inertial dampening fields are functional. In the universe of Trek, "fields are the name of the game". Without them, everything falls apart, literally.Even a D'Deridex?
lol^^ It probably can slowly, as in REALLY slowly fly around in an atmosphere.. however, parking that thing somewhere.. oeh..![]()
Ahem.Even a D'Deridex?
Thank youWhy hello there.. another good one Atolm.![]()
Not particularly, but I do like a lot of themNot that you need any suggestions Atolm, but have you tried riffing the FASA Romulans?
Thanks; her general shape is evoking the marauder, but if you really look at the design a bit more, you'll see that the vessel's shape is a highly stylized re-interpretation of the Vulcan transport's first seen in the TNG episode: Reunification. In certain views it can feel Ferengi-sh, but in reality it is very superficial in certain views... ironically the Vulcan transport has that as well (especially the "Tosk" variant):I really like that last one, though it does have a bit of a Ferengi vibe
Thanks!I'm always amazed with Atolm's hull detailing, no matter the ship it just is perfect for the design.![]()
