Fitness Diary, apostle83

Today, I am breaking my diet, for my momma's bday. I'll try not to stray too far, but I've been planning this since I changed my lifestyle.

So, today, I eat Cake, an otherwise sensible lunch. Tonight, I eat Mexican like a Mexican eating whore.
 
I woke up this morning with a blister on my left foot, on the ball of my foot.

I now have a gaping hole there, like 2mm thick.


:( I need to keep up running. It hurts like hell. :(
 
My foot works again. I went running late last night for half an hour on the elliptical. :D

Am down to 294 as well, I weighed early. :D

I'm sore, sore, sore in my upper body from pushups alone. I did three sets of 22 last night.
 
suprising how that works sometimes. Some times, I feel like I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, and I still am up a couple pounds. Other times, I take a week's vacation, eat out a ton, drink, no exercise, and only up a pound or two...
 
Well, on Saturday my cousin and I were out at the farm. We ran around in the woods a lot. I suppose that probably used a lot of energy.

That said, there was also a lot of car time.
 
I will update this throughout the day both to motivate me and inspire the obese masses who anonymously read this forum into changing their lives, just like John Stone and Dark Helmet.

8/26 - 9pm Ran 4.2 miles on elliptical burning, according to the machine, 412 calories. Maintained heart rate of 157 to 170 from five minutes on.

6:50am: 1 cup special K protein, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 pint raspberries.

9:25am: 1 Myoplex Carb Control 25g Protein Bar (Chocolate Chip Brownie).

12:15am: 6oz tuna, with t tbsp ketchup, an apple, about 20 baby carrots, 2 cut up celery stalks

292 and 1/2 last night at the gym.

I feel great. I look forward after the next 30 lbs to play basketball and run around like a young pup, freely (yet clothed).
 
Hi guys.

I actually started eating right and exercising on June 20 last. I was 224 pounds. Today I am 201. 175 is probably what I am aiming for but I'm in no rush.
 
My sister made a surprise visit into town, and she wants to take me out to eat. I'm glad I haven't cheated since last weekend, because I fear I shall shortly plagiarize the diet of those who are gaining wait. But just for a meal, and I did lose weight even with last weekend.

Plus, I'll hit the gym tonight extra hard. I had been running for twenty minutes, but did my first 30 minute run this week (on the elliptical). I'm gonna try for a 40 minute run tonight and tomorrow, and give it a break on Tuesday.

I always feel my runns on the elliptical right above my knee in my lower quadriceps. Always. It burns us it does!
 
Well, I think I see something I'm doing wrong. A few times, I've eaten like seven summer squash at one setting (boiled, doused in pepper). I thought I could use it as a filler food, because I'm always ****ing hungry. :(

If you are eating 6 small meals spaced through the day you shouldn't be that hungry!

I am eating six small meals throughout the day, and I am that hungry!!!

I did some figuring, and towards the end of my former lifestyel, I was eating 4-4500 calories a day, typically. I'm eating about 2,000 calories a day now. I'm never full!

Well, right now I feel ok, which is weird, because I napped for 3 hours.

Sounds like you need to figure out your BMR,and go from there:
