A personal trainer can work. Hm.
So I laid off of the DLs for a couple weeks and focused on other exercises. Then, the other day, I successfully DL'ed 315. 
I should have quit for the evening, but I kind of tweaked my back (again) trying to go for reps at 285.![]()
