Hello "fitness chickens". I've been missing the old Miscellaneous thread where we checked in with what workouts we're doing, planning on doing, etc. This seemed like a separate thing from the support thread. So here's what I've done the past several days: Saturday: Snowshoeing Sunday: XC Skiing Monday: Pilates Tuesday: "Tone It Up" dvd (aerobic weight training) Wednesday: Nada Today: Pilates Tomorrow I'm planning on going to the club at lunch and doing the elliptical. I will I will I will I will! So what have you all been up to?
