I have been walking 30 minutes a day since July 1st, usually in the morning. I feel better and my therapist said I look better.
I think I am going to add some type of muscle building routine next.![]()
You can do it! My recent walking routine has helped me start feeling better, even if I can only walk a mile before having to head back home. I plan on starting to do push-ups and such to build my upper body as well.
