I don't think it looks like Romulus, but it does look like other Vulcans inside. And the cut of his costume is similar to what he wore when he boarded the Enterprise in TMP.

Unless, of course, it's a smock to prevent makeup from getting on his actual costume....

I don't think it looks like Romulus, but it does look like other Vulcans inside. And the cut of his costume is similar to what he wore when he boarded the Enterprise in TMP.

Unless, of course, it's a smock to prevent makeup from getting on his actual costume....

Actually looking closer one of the last pics seems to have an older Vulcan up at the lectern. His hair looks grayish. Perhaps its the Science Academy?

I don't think interest in any of the TNG movies even approached the interest in this one.

Part of me hoped that J.J. would do what Spielberg did with the new Indiana Jones movie: feeding a steady diet of pictures and videos from the shooting. I'm willing to settle for this.

Like I mentioned,Quinto went boldly (haha!) outside minus his hood - plus that open door/window whatever on the set - that is clearly some set there leads me to think this was somewhat on purpose.
