Picard: We've got to get to the bridge.

GEORDI: Doctor!

 

[LeadHead]

Cochrane: Yeah?

 

[Leandar]

Geordi: Would you mind taking a look at this?

 

[LeadHead]

Cochrane: Yeah, sure.

 

[Leandar]

Geordi: I've tried to reconstruct the intermix chamber from what I remember at school. Tell me if I got it right.

 

[LeadHead]

Cochrane: School? You learned about this in school?

 

[Captain Mike]

I believe Cochrane had a line before that as he is telling a few gawking crewmembers that are crossing his path: Go ahead.

GEORDI: Doctor!

GEORDI: Oh yeah! Basic warp design is a required course at the academy. As a matter of fact the first chapter is called...Zephram Cochrane.

 

[LeadHead]

Cochrane: Well, looks like you got it right.

 

[Leandar]

Barclay: Commander. This is what we're thinking of using to replace the damaged warp plasma conduit.

 

[Vulcan Princess]

LaForge: Yeah. Yeah, that's good, but you need to reinforce this copper tubing with a nano-polymer.

 

[LeadHead]

^ I think that's nano-pump.

Barclay: Doctor Cochrane, I know this sounds silly but can I shake your hand? Thank you Doctor! I can't tell you what an honor it is to work with you on this project!

 

[Brian]

(I've always heard "nano-polymer". That sounds more like a coating which would reinforce copper tubing, as well.)

^Maybe, for some reason that's what I remember, so my two cents on that line are in.

BARCLAY: I never imagined I'd be meeting the man who invented warp drive!!

Cochrane: Do they have to keep doing this?

 

[Vulcan Princess]

LAFORGE: It's just a little hero worship, Doctor. To tell you the truth I can't say I blame them. We all grew up hearing about what you did. Or what you're about to do. You know I probably shouldn't be telling you this but I went to Zefram Cochrane High School.
