This may sound trendy and fanboi-ish, but I really enjoyed Inception, both Hans Zimmer's film score and Zac Hemsey's piece, "Mindheist," for the trailer.
I don't think anything's wrong with the actor, but I'm aware that others do...this was my attempt to short-circuit that. Seems to have gone in the opposite direction though.

Any fans of the old V miniseries notice how much the original theme samples from N by NW?

"The Magnificient Seven" arrived the other day and I listened to it on a long drive through Virginia (location scouting). Wonderful. Scores from the 50s and 60s are a lot more interesting than most of what I hear currently.
