My dear friend Crystal's cat Coco, at 17 years old, was very sick with end-stage renal disease and had to be put down a couple of days ago. Crystal's other cat Chanel (Coco's littermate) died about a year and a half ago. Before then, the two had always been inseparable.
Chanel was the black-and-white one, Coco was the calico.
