Feline Follies

Another lazy day under the weather for me, but I'm starting to feel better. I always have the best company though, Ollie joined in today too!

How long do the solar batteries on your cats take to charge? ;)

Reminded me of this:

I simply ADORE that video! Found it a year or two ago. I was so hoping she would transform into a kemono type catgirl, but I figured, "Nah, she'll either retain her quadroped shpe but with stronger abilities, or she'll turn into a human looking girl." So my jaw dropped when the "witch" looked stunned and then grabbed a mirror to reveal the kitten's new form. She's so adorable! and then we see the children's book styled illustrations during the closing credit, a perfect "capper" for the narrative!

shows nicely how cats manage to tuck and fit everything in lying there.
Still doesn't explain why. ;)

Lately my cat has been making muffled yowls when he has a toy in his mouth while walking up and down the hallway. Anyone know what that means?

My guess, a possessive sound meaning: "Mine!"

But get it checked in case @Gary Mitch-HELL is correct.

It is probably murde...er, I mean play behavior. One of our cats used to "talk" to her favorite toy.

Not that it cannot happen, but I have never, ever seen a cat want to play fetch.
My mom's cat Gem was a shortstop in a previous incarnation - she loved running after paper balls. But she rarely brought them back!
