Lily died this morning. I'm glad I visited her yesterday.
OMG, I'm so sorry. It is always so very hard losing a furry family member. My deepest sympathies.

on Friday nights, the local news service has a segment on cats and dogs available for the adoption at the local animal shelter.
After tonights (which had cute kittens), said to my wife that if I had a female cat I'd call her Domina (in Ancient Rome, the lady of wealthy household). Response from the other half was "I'm the lady of the house"

Bandit (aka. El Bandido: the Wonder Cat (because we wondered about him), aka Captain Oblivious...) was like that too - except he topped out at 20 pounds (long and lanky) and yep - he had a V8 engine in there somewhere!
