gah. sorry again, I'm also not sure how to curb this as I'm apparently doing it unthinkingly. I have an imgur account, I'll do my best to remember next time!

Maybe it would help to just get into the habit of always just posting the link to the image, without using the IMG tags? Posting a link to an image on a non-image-host source isn't a problem; the problem is when it is embedded in the post. If you just ctrl-V the link in, without the tags, then you should be golden.
