Favourite TNG guest stars?

In terms of one time characters, I liked the guy who played the betazoid in 'Tin Man', that was a really hard character to make people like, but he pulled it off.

As for recurring roles: John De Lancie. Hands down.

He was great, I recall his line in Tin Man: "...because I'm not a nice man"...well I didn't believe it at all. Definitely was a good performance as a tortured soul.
