Apologies for bringing this thread back up but I just saw Slap Shot for the very first time tonight. That was a hilarious movie, and so poignant to todays game and the debate on whether fighting in Hockey is a good thing. So many great scenes, but I think my favorite was when they dropped the gloves before the game even started. Man that was funny.
