In my late teens and early 20s, I thought OHMSS was a load of old cobblers. But now I love it and it's one of my favourite Bond films. It's one of the few 007 films where I notice a new detail in it every time I re-watch it.
Agree completely
As for Dalton you can take the spy out of Derbyshire, but you can't take Derbyshire out of the spy![]()
Born in Wales but the family moved to Derbyshire when he was v little.
TMWTGG is a guilty pleasure of mine. Yes, it's cheesy as all getout, but Christopher Lee makes for a great villain, and it's also got great exotic locales.
Moonraker is pretty much a complete rehash of TSWLM. Just replace the sea with space. It's a weaker film, although it does feel a little more polished, production design and special effects wise.
A View to a Kill is at the absolute bottom of my rankings. Just an awful, tired, cringe-worthy film. They really should've retired Moore after Octopussy. The only thing I like about it is the awesome Duran Duran theme.![]()
You should make your mind up yourself and watch it. You might like it, who knows?
