Favorite Worf one-liners

I just love the way Worf holds Spot in that scene. Also, the cat helps too - it gives this sort of '...help?' meow near the end of the scene.

My favorite would have to be "I am not a merry man" but I also like "Assimilate this". Another 2 favorites are from Nemesis: "Romulan ale should be illegal" and "Irving Berlin" and than puts his head back down.

I liked the recurring joke of Worf loving the taste of the food that was never quite right to the humans.

After Worf eats Rikers eggs and everyone hates it, then years later in Birthright when Geordi's complaining about the DS9 replicators, Worf wolf's down the food and exclaims "Delicious!".

My all time favorite:

"Good tea...nice house."

Used nearly everytime I feel uncomfortable or out of place.

Mrs. Beneldon uses it too and she's not a fan.

This was my favorrite as well, the look on his face as he tries to be 'social' while holding the delicate tea cup is classic :techman:

When Kieko is going into labor, Worf says, "Congratulations, you are now fully dilated, you may now give birth."

From the show:

Q: But I am mortal! What can I do to prove it to you?

WORF: Die.:klingon:

From the books (Peter David's Strike Zone):

KLINGON AMBASSADOR: Fourteen knives? In a uniform not designed for concealment? Very impressive!

WORF: Everything about me...is impressive.

To the replicator, while looking at Troi, at the end of "Parallels":

"Champagne."

Not a stand-out Worf one-liner, but it sums up his reaction to the "inside info" he gains in the episode. Worf on his mojo. "Computer, music. Barry White."

My favourite Worf one-liner is in one of the books, actually. In Q-in-Law, when a Q-powered Lwaxana is punching Q through walls, decks and bulkheads of the Enterprise (long story - just go read the book, it's great), Riker observes, "She's really beating the stuffing out of him. What do you think we should do?"

And Worf says, "Sell tickets." :guffaw: :guffaw: :guffaw:
I've always loved that one.

In DS-9 "Way of the Warrior" when he first meets Kira and Jadzia, they are coming out the Quarks holosuite still in their costumes. Maj Kira is wearing some kind of midevel veil or something and Worf deadpans and says "Nice Hat" or the classic from TNG..."I am not a merry Man" it's the same episode that he shatters Geordies musical insterment against the tree, all good stuff...

Here's one that hasn't been mentioned, and it's a nod to Kor from Errand of Mercy. It's in Rightful Heir, when Kahless the Unforgettable returns. Worf is trying to convince Gowron how his return is good for the Klingon Empire: "It will be GLORIOUS!"

Shades of Kor's line to Kirk, who says there goes the war after the Organians stop it. "A shame, Captain. It would have been glorious!"

Red Ranger

Something to the effect of:

"I am a warrior.... I will show you my heart!
I travel THE RIVER OF BLOOD!"

:klingon:

During painstick ritual, the only redeeming feature of "The Icarus Factor"

When Kieko is going into labor, Worf says, "Congratulations, you are now fully dilated, you may now give birth."

And then later:

Worf: The computer simulation was not like this. That delivery was very orderly.

And also:

Kira: What do Klingons dream about?

Worf: Things that would send cold chills down your spine, and wake you up in the middle of the night. No, it is better you do not know.
