Favorite Trek Series

I'm sure this has been done countless times, but I missed those so.....

For me TOS, TNG and DS9 are the pinnacle of the franchise. After that it just started getting redundant.

Star Trek. Really nothing out there that compares to the original for me. I know it is partly nostalgia, but there is also a magic that Shatner, Nimoy and Kelley brought to the screen that Trek hasn't been able to replicate since. I've watched each episode at least a dozen times over my time as a fan, and they simply never get old.

DS9, followed by TOS, TNG, TAS, ENT, VOY. I've only seen a few episodes of Discovery.

From what I have seen, from best to worst: DS9 -> TNG -> TOS -> VOY -> TAS. Have not watched anything after Endgame yet.

I personally would've waited a month. Though I'm pretty sure my answer won't change, even though Picard will probably be up there. With the seismic shake-up Discovery has done at the end of the second season, I want to see where they go with the rest of the series from here on out before deciding where I'll place it. That was no small change they made. But this is all really a race for Second Place.

DS9, followed by TOS, TNG, TAS, ENT, VOY. I've only seen a few episodes of Discovery.

TAS is really good and my fourth favorite. They really did a good job capturing what the original show was about and being voiced by the original cast made it feel more like a continuation of the show. Very underated in my view.

As much as I love DS9, I can't put it above TOS because of the fact that the TOS laid the groundwork for all others to follow. So I would have to go TOS, DS9, TNG, TAS and....put the rest however you want.

I've enjoyed all of the spin-offs to varying degrees, but TOS will always be STAR TREK to me.

7. VOY

I don't think anything will ever overtake TOS. I have said many times, it's not only the best Star Trek series...I think you could make a very good argument that it is one of the best television series ever made. It never gets old, and I am constantly revisiting it. I can't say that about any other television series, no matter how much I've enjoyed it.
