Favorite TNG Charcter

Who is your favorite charcter from TNG? It can be from either from the show or the movies or whatever. As for me I like: Data,Picard, and Riker. So who are your favorites?

Well, since it's multiple votes (and it's so very hard to just choose one), I put in for Dr. Crusher, Picard, and Data. I love all of TNG's cast except for Troi and Wes, really but I think those were the three I was always happiest when they got the spotlight - especially Dr. Crusher, since it was notably less often than the other two. And even Wes I grew to like after he stopped being so damned obnoxious in the first season or so.

Although I can bitch about how the character was often poorly written and/or poorly used I still rather like Picard the most.

data worf and gomez though i didnt like Troi during the early seasons she grew on me from season 5

DATA for me. I loved Spiner in this role. You never question him...he never takes you out of the scene. He IS an android.

I also think his arc was the most well written of all the characters. We actually got to see him (data) grow. He was a beautifully written character acted by an amazing actor.

This was harder than I thought, since it turns out I liked most of the characters a lot. O'Brien was cool. I think his character had a chance to evolve and develop more naturally than the others. It served him well.

Surely Tasha Yar should be on the list? She was a regular, after all. Not that I'd vote for her, but she does deserve some credit for boldly going where no woman had gone before in "The Naked Now".
