The TOS uniforms (men and women), they look comfortable, loose without being baggy, easy to move in, easy to sit for long periods of time in. Professional uniforms, that didn't try to make a statement.
Runner up, Kirk's TMP white shirt, dark pants with boots. Casual dress B uniform for a commanding officer on a regular duty shift.

The original cast movies are my favorite. I love the red, the stylish look to them and how iconic Trek they are.
I actually really like the slight variants we see sometimes, like Kirk's uniform later on part 3 and 4. I don't know if that's official or not, or just a personal uniform. That's the look I like Kirk in most, though.

FAVORITE: First Contact/late DS9 uniforms. The only uniform I'd actually like to really wear.
RUNNER UP: The original "The Cage"/"Where No Man Has Gone Before" uniforms. Love the simplicity of them, the even more simplified rank stripe system, and the overall toned-down colors.

Nostalgia places TNG at the top of this list, though. But the Discovery style TOS uniforms might be making its way to this list soon enough.

I really like the WoK uniforms.
But I also really like the colors to denote different divisions, and I think those uniforms would look wrong in yellow or blue.
Thus, I like the TNG uniforms from season 3 onwards. Also, I think those were kinda supposed to be ret-conned: we were supposed to pretend those had always been the TNG uniform.
When DS9 came out, I thought that people on starbases wore a different uniform from people on starships.
And I kinda blame Voyager (and Generations) for messing that up.

Those were civilian dress. And actually bought off the rack in the 20th century.
I think if everyone was wearing the blue-grey senior officer long sleeve shirt (or the white short sleeve) with black pants the TMP uniforms would be much better liked. The matching color pants gives the pajamas vibe and the beige/brown is what dates them.
