I haven't seen that many planned series finales (Angel, VOY, TNG, BSG, Buffy, The Wire) and of those I only liked:

Angel "Not Fade Away"
The Wire "-30-"

I didn't hate "Daybreak" or "Chosen" and I don't remember "All Good Things..." or "Endgame" very well.

Angel was an interesting case since it was originally written as a season finale and then changed to be a series finale (as to my understanding). So awesome.

In no particular order. And I'm not saying on is as good as the other just that they were all very fitting for the respective show IMHO:

- DS9's "What You Leave Behind"
- nuBSG's "Daybreak"
- B5's "Sleeping in Light"
- TNG's "All Good Things"
