I am not sure if they are my favorite, but there are two scenes where Riker is laughing that always make me giggle too. One is the episode where they are celebrating his birthday and someone asks him what he wished for while blowing out the candles. There is a pause and then he laughs and says music lessons. Then the scene in Manhunt when him and Troi are in the ready room explaining to Picard how he can't just turn down Lwaxana. His laugh while saying Congratulations makes me laugh.

I think part of it is because the laughter seems so genuine, and I don't think he is just acting there.

My favourite is probably his impression of Captain Picard in "The Pegasus". I always get a kick out of Riker clowning around a little bit. Another one I love is his faux hitting on Guinan to teach Wesley about wooing in "The Dauphin". It was a more subtle comedic moment, but one of the biggest laughs I got from Riker was him saying he'd be in the holodeck after Kamala kisses him in "The Perfect Mate".

The other one is when Riker, Troi and Geordi go through Barclay's holodeck fantasies in "Hollow Pursuits":

One of my favorite Riker moments is in the 4th season episode 'Qpid' when Riker begins to put the moves on Vash.

Riker "Eternity never looked so lovely."

Vash "Excuse me?"

Riker "I was referring to the view. Eternity never looked so lovely."

Vash "You must be Commander Riker."

Riker "I'm afraid you have me at a disadvantage."

Vash "I didn't mean to interrupt. I believe you were about to tell me that my eyes are as mysterious as the stars."

Riker "You're a Betazoid."

Vash "Not at all. It's just that Jean-Luc does a very good imitation of you."

Only to stop cold when he realizes this is the Captain's girlfriend. Oops!

The two that come to mind are:

Future Imperfect -- Riker tells Admiral Picard to shut up. Adm. Picard harrumphs, "I beg your pardon." And Riker replies, "I said shut up. As in close your mouth and stop talking." (I got to use that on a co-worker once. Made everyone in the room laugh.)

Chain of Command, Pt. II -- After Jellico tells him that the ranks are dropped, and that he doesn't find him a particularly good first officer, Riker throws it back in his face, criticizes Jellico's command decisions, and says, "I don't think you're a particularly good captain."

Riker telling people off? Best moments ever!
