Favorite evil "intelligence"

Not in the same sense as evil geniuses, but similar villains-often without a initial physical form-in WHO's history who have the ability to posess a person or multiple persons, and usually have some hench-monster to do their bidding. Examples:

The Animus-From the Hartnell "Web Planet". Largely used the Zarbi. Physical form resembled a giant fungus.

The Great Intelligence-Controlled the Yeti and used host bodies. Seen in "The Abominable Snowmen" "Web of Fear" and the spin-off video "Downtime". A solo Yeti robot appears in "The Five Doctors" but it's unclear whether it was controlled by the GI.

The Nestene Consciousness-The only classic series intelligence to appear in the new-and right away, too. Controls the Autons and other plastics. Usually appears as a giant octopus like monster in it's physical form, but also as a giant smelting pit in "Rose". Appears in Spearhead From Space, Terror of the Autons and Rose, as well as a good chunk of spin-off material. It is strongly implied in "Rose" that the Autons were involved in the time war, and lost their home planet (Called Polymos in WHO EU)

Sutekh-Not sure if he really counts, since he only controls Scarman and (briefly) The Doctor in Pyramid Of Mars. Plus he has a pretty solid physical form.

Fenric-Perhaps the most methodical of the intelligences, Fenric's plan is not really invasion like the others, but a carefully arranged 'game' of genetic and timeline manipulation. Uses the vampiric haemavores and his unwitting 'wolves' to bring out his plans. Stays in an inamite form in a bottle until unleashed by the Ultima machine. The only known of the intelligences to really have been 'killed' as he hasn't really made any other appearences in spin-offs since. From "The Curse of Fenric".

The Beast- From Impossible Planet and Satan Pit. Similar in powers, attitude and appearence to the classic image of the devil/Satan/Adversary, but otherwise very similar to Fenric (He's even chained similarly) and other intelligences. Uses Toby and the Ood.

Yeah, for sheer terror value, the one in Midnight did it for me. In terms of power, I'd say the Satan Pit creature (sorry, Sutekh), and in terms of cunning, Fenric.
