TOS, with the hand of William Ware Theiss (and others!), came up with so many iconic costume designs. What sticks out to your mind the best?
The Horta was fairly ingenious but TOS didn't have many non-humanoid species...
The Elan guards wore gold lamé (worthy of any Solid Gold dancer) combined with big orange PVC placements (worthy of any K-Mart kitchen decor section) in part to make not just an innovative design, but also the best looking shoulder pads that even the 1980s called up to get the tailoring and stitching patterns some 11 years early.
Indeed, the Dohlman of Elaas had a massively amazing outfit that pretty much wins an award in my book as well as doubling as an outfit in the Elder Scrolls Skyrim video game!
The androids' outfits in "I Mudd" came from shower curtains... at least for the women. The men just got bland sweatpants. Really tight ones too so I won't complain too much...
I could go on forever. What are some of your favorites?
