Mine was when they retook Deep Space 9. I found all of those episodes to be extremely high quality and exciting, and the actors seemed so genuinely happy when they retook DS9.

I have too many favorites.
I'd have to say all of the Cross over, mirror universe ones bite as far as I'm concerned.
My latest favorites are two that I pretty much think I never saw until this past couple of weeks.
The one where Worf "frees" his brother from family disgrace.
The other is the one where Sisko finds the missing B'haka city and convinces the Bajorans not to join the federation.
