Fans of the Star Wars Expanded Universe

Until there is official, final word on the subject, I’m just going to stay positive and hope that, 3+ years from now, we’re still getting Star Wars books that build on the old Star Wars books, not JJ Wars.

There's not likely to be an official final word - it doesn't mean enough to them to warrant one.

You'll either get confirmation via a throwaway comment in an interview about something else or via a press release introducing the new range of tie-in novels in a couple of years time...
