Family Guy: The Wrath of Khan? Maybe!

I like the fake cast they put together there. Though I was thinking that instead of recasting a FG character as Khan, they should just leave him as is. Hell, Ricardo Montalban did voice a character on Family Guy earlier this year, he could be up to reprising Khan for this thing. Still, Stewie as Khan would be awesome.

Come to think of it, Family Guy has already done a few TWOK referances. They had Shatner screaming "KHAN!" the parody of Spock's funeral for Rupert, Montalban's talking cow speaking of the death of his "beloved wife" come to mind.
 
This would be all kinds of awesome! And yeah, I agree, Montalban as Khan would be perfect.

Absolutely brilliant! Of course they'll do it! When has anyone ever heard of TV executives stifling such fantastic creativity? (For those who don't recognize it, that's sarcasm.) I DO love the idea, but I don't have faith that it will get the green light. The cold, hard truth is many, many fewer people know TWOK nearly as intimately as A New Hope. Sadly, I fear it will be a tough sell. I hope I'm wrong.

Peter/Kirk: It's a far, far awesome place than I went to before.
Lois/Carol: Is that a song?
Peter/Kirk: Nope, just something Spock was trying to tell me... on my birthday.
Quagmire/Bones: You okay, Jim? How do you feel?
Peter/Kirk: I feel young. I feel young and horny. Carol, you wanna go hit the sack in my cabin?
Lois/Carol: OH, JIM!
 
I saw many suggestions for character roles. I think I like the http://trekmovie.com/2008/07/15/family-guy-wrath-of-khan-trekmovie-helps-cast-it casting the best.
Stewie = just so delightfully evil, which is why he should play Khan
Brian = is usually the logical voice of reason
Peter = father, captain, star of show
Lois = Carol DeMarcus, love of Peter's life and mother of
Chris = son in show, son in TWOK
Quagmire/Adam West = either would be good as McCoy
Meg = Ceti Alpha Eels is perfect, worked for her in Blue Harvest
my changes (yours may vary):
*Bruce = Sulu, the gay jokes are endless
*Neil Goldman = Chekov, think how turned on he'd be with Meg inside him! That really would drive him crazy!
 
Sweet. The scene where McCoy visits Kirk on Earth would be a good moment for another chicken fight.
 
I'm kind of wondering, if they do this, what kind of joke are they going to have for when Khan "remembers" Chekov?
 
Acording to Wikipedia they already are doing Empire Strikes Back next season. Doubt they would do both.
 
Oh hell no.

I'd hate to see them turn any of the main characters into a child molester. People would be extremely pissed off if they turned kirk into a child molester.

I don't see how any of that child molesting is funny. I'd love to see the end of Family Guy simply because in making child molesting funny they only encourage that filth to think that their deviant behavior is natural and normal and good and doesn't harm anyone.

Anybody who harms children should be put away for life. Anybody with any real sensibility would see that it is never right or funny to harm a child, period.
 
I'd love to see this. Family Guy has been tired since it came back from cancellation, but Blue Harvest was actually funny. I could see a full-on TWOK parody working wonders (the bit with the funeral and the teddy bear they've already done was hilarious).

But we'll see if Paramount lets them go for it...
