Troi very happily walks down off the transporter pad and leaves the room with La Forge.

Picard: Ensign, get us out of here. Warp 9.

 

[LeadHead]

McKnight: Aye Sir.

Enterprise goes to warp.

Sick Bay
Troi has been returned to normal.
Crusher: Well, that about does it. How does it feel to have your own face back?

 

[LeadHead]

Troi: Just right, thank you.

 

[Vanyel]

Picard: The men you helped rescue are all safe. Proconsul M’ret is deeply grateful for your help.

 

[LeadHead]

Troi: The thanks should go to N'Vek. He sacrificed himself to save them... and me...

 

[Vanyel]

Picard: Well, thanks to the two of you the way has been paved for further rescue operations. N’Vek’s efforts…and his sacrifice...will not be in vain.

 

[LeadHead]

Troi nods.

Y'know you two really do need to at least slow down and give other people a chance to participate. I only manage to get in one or two lines per episode before you hijack the thread and finish it all in one night.

Well, congratulations folks!

While I appreciate the enthusiasm for these threads, I do think we're reaching a point where these "marathon" sessions have happened enough that it's started to make people feel left out of the action. I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but I think maybe we should resolve, at least for the next few threads, to self-discipline and make sure everyone has a chance to participate.
