So Bajor *used* to have warp capability, but no longer?

As of the last years of the occupation, as seen in "Ensign Ro." But naturally that must have changed in the years since. Heck, we know that the Bajorans set up a colony in the Gamma Quadrant within a few years after the occupation ended; clearly they must've had warp ships to pull that off, even if they were built by someone else and purchased or leased by the Bajorans.

I just checked and in the later DS9 seasons there are mention of a Bajoran Karemma Trade Agreement. A Karemma Trading Vessel can be seen in the background shot of Kira's Fleet against Cretak's Warbirds so we could probably assume it was one of the few to have warp power.
