KLINGON: I cannot understand these people.

Kor: They know what death is, don't they?

KLINGON: They do not seem to be worried about anything.

 

[Duncan MacLeod]

KOR: Bad enough to be a military governor, but to govern a population of sheep! Very well, Lieutenant, round up two hundred more.

 

[Enterprise1981]

KLINGON: Yes, sir.

 

[Duncan MacLeod]

KOR: Fools! Will I have to kill them all!

 

[Orac]

(The Klingons march off, and Kirk bushwacks one of them from a side corridor, garrotting him with his belt.)

Kirk: If you don't tell me what I want to know, I'll kill you here and now. Is that clear?

 

[Enterprise1981]

KLINGON: Yes.

 

[Duncan MacLeod]

KIRK: Is Kor's office down there?

 

[Enterprise1981]

KLINGON: Yes.

 

[Duncan MacLeod]

KIRK: What about the hostages? Talk. Talk.

 

[Enterprise1981]

KLINGON: I am to gather two hundred more.

 

[Duncan MacLeod]

KIRK: To be killed? (The Klingon nods) Mister Spock. (Spock applies a nerve pinch and the Klingon collapses)

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRK: Well, what are the odds now?

SPOCK: Less than seven thousand to one, Captain. It's remarkable we've got this far.

 

[Duncan MacLeod]

KIRK: Less than seven thousand to one. Well, getting better. Getting better.

 

[Enterprise1981]

[Kor's office]

KIRK: Just stay where you are, Commander.

 

[LeadHead]

Kor: You have done well to get this far through my guards.

 

[Enterprise1981]

SPOCK: (taking his weapon) I believe you'll find that several of them are no longer in perfect operating condition.

 

[KirkPicard]

KOR: So, you are here. You will be interested in knowing that a Federation fleet is on its way here at the moment. Our fleet is preparing to meet them.

KIRK: Checkmate, Commander.
