Enterprise to move to Tuesdays on Sci-Fi...

MattJC

Fleet Captain
Starting in June, the Sci Fi Channel will start to air TNG on the Monday night block and Enterprise will air for 3 hours on Tuesday nights.

I found this info by searching the TV listings at the Sci Fi site.

I can handle TNG on M and ENT on Tuesday.... but can't they just bump back the wrestling shit one hour so we can still have a 4 hour block? I'll raise hell!! :klingon:

Two nights of Trek means I will have even less of a social life ;)

Bad news! NCIS (which usually ranks in the top 10-15 shows) is probably going to be opposite.

shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

TNG Tuesdays! Alliteration, see?? SciFi, come to your senses!

I can swallow this. TNG got yanked from Spike long ago and as of now airs only on G4. Since G4 isn't part of my current cable package I miss seeing it at the moment.

Good, now I won't have any conflicts with Terminator when it starts up again, assuming it returns to it's regular Monday timeslot.

Knowing Fox I doubt it. I keep feeling that TERMINATOR will be moved to another night when it comes back.

Adding: ENT day and night-long marathon starting at 8 a.m. on May 26.
Broken Bow I & II
Unexpected
Andorian Incident
Cold Front
Silent Enemy
Dear Doctor
Sleeping Dogs
Shadows of P'Jem
Shuttlepod One
Acquisition
Fallen Hero
Carbon Creek
Dead Stop
Similitude
Chosen Realm
Harbinger
Home
Deadalus
Observer Effect

I'm just happy Sci-Fi has confidence in and affection for the show. ENT got so little love from the public at large and UPN towards the end I'm glad its found a comfortable home.

I'm glad they're still going to have Enterprise on tuesday nights, and have a Marathon is a good thing.

Long live ENTERPRISE!

Except for "ANiS" and "TATV." They can go to hell.:devil:

Yeah, but Sci-Fi doesn't get high ratings on Tuesdays anyways. So its not like much will change.

As it is, I'm jumping away in the middle of ENT Mondays to watch new eps of "How I Met Your Mother." Tuesday work for me, though being against NCIS does raise a red flag.

Still, some ENT is better than none at all.

I'm just glad they are still running it. I had the bad feeling that they would dump it after going through the seasons a couple of times.
Since I got the show on DVD for Christmas I don't watch it on SciFi anymore anyway. I don't have to deal with commercials (or the opening song ***ducks and runs away****)

Since I don't have the DVDs for TNG yet I'm looking forward to watching that, commercials and all.;)

ENT will last a long time in rotation on a channel like this if its handled properly and not bounced all over the schedule like a bastard stepchild. Sci-Fi has little going for it outside of its original programs so it'd be wise to keep reruns of old series on the air to expand its audience. Not everyone digs BSG, DOCTOR WHO and GHOST HUNTERS after all.
