Enterprise (Disco Variant) Bridge

Wondering everyone's thoughts on if we'll see the Disco version of the Enterprise bridge at some point.

Apologies if this has been debated to death here already - I didn't look to see.

One person at the sound stage posted on instagram that there was a bridge set out of frame, and the actress who plays Number One said she was on a set that brought her to tears because of watching TOS with her mother..

Knowing them it will be far too big, have a window for a viewscreen and too dark. :)

Unless they're going for a
Pike/Spock/Enterprise spin-off, I can't imagine them building a 360° bridge set for one or two episodes. I expect they've only built 1/3 of the bridge, much like Star Trek Continues. And we'll only get quick, tight shots to disguise that fact.

Or Star Trek: Discovery continues on in season three with the Enterprise as the hero ship.

It does have a window for a viewscreen. You can tell just by looking at exterior shots of the Enterprise.

According to Hoity Toity's inside sources, the Enterprise bridge is the most expensive set built for the show yet (and is entirely metal) which would suggest there are further plans for it. Either in future Disco episodes or a potential spin-off. Of course they could just keep it around to use as the bridge of other Starfleet ships, since they're losing the Shenzhou bridge set to the Section 31 series.

Could be that it's going to be reused across the Section 31 and Discovery shows? Or simply they build it and use it for Enterprise and then it could a similar (redressed) bridge for another ship we don't know about yet.

It's pretty fun for the show to have a villain ship, basically for the first time in Trek. Assorted Romulan or Cardassian bridges came and went, and even the Rotarran was a fairly seldom seen visitor, despite having such extensive sets. And we never, ever had another Federation vessel to follow in addition to the hero ship...

I guess the cast and the writing could stretch to covering three ships if need be, but the S31 one may well be gone by the end of this season. Plenty of resources for keeping NCC-1701 in the picture in a like manner, just to remind us that this is Star Trek...

Or then there's a front window, but it has got nothing to do with the bridge, save for being in front of it.

Could be. But they're going to have to deep-six the Spore Drive (and likely Discovery) at some point.

Am I the only one thinking that the bridge that was build might be for the new Picard show?
Or, to be more clear.....
It is a very expensive, metal set, dressed as the Enterprise bridge now, and then rebuild to become a permanent set for the new Picard show. That's gonna start shooting next month anyway.
