ENTER: TV and Media Avatar Contest. Swingin' 60s baby, YEAH!

Thanks to all who voted in the last contest.

Inspired by the last contest's return to a bygone era, and the pending end of the great "Mad Men," this contest is "shows/movies set in the 1960s."

It can be a show or movie that was actually produced in (and set in) the sixties or one that was produced later but set during that time period.

Usual contest rules apply.

Special contest rules:

1. SF and Fantasy are allowed (otherwise, I'd be eliminating Bond, Batman and at least two Beatles movies; can't have that).
2. The sixties are defined as January 1, 1961 to December 31, 1970. I'm going with a variation of the "Seinfeld" rule.
3. Contest title aside, no "Austin Powers" movies. Those are, to my mind, primarly set in the present day. Similarly, no "Trek," notwithstanding "Assignment Earth."

I'll look to put up the voting thread Wednesday night.

Good luck, everyone!

Set in the 1960s and SF is allowed, you say?

Well, of course I then have to enter a Dark Skies av! :D

The Twilight Zone

It's a close call but I have to disqualify that one. TZ debuted in 1959 and, as an anthology series, it can't really be said to have been set in the 60s. Various episodes were set in other eras, including the Civil War ("Owl Creek").
