^Does the one from Masks really count? I figured it was something in the computer programming such as a virus or program that jumped from the alien space temple through the ship's computer and into Data?

I suppose it depends on how sophisticated you think the alien space temple was. It could have had a rudimentary AI built in (not as advanced as data, but enough for it to adapt and respond to the people on the ship). Might be like downloading the Doctor into Data's brain.

I'd say it counts, since it wasn't just an AI, but an entire civilization that gave Data multiple personalities.

It was my first thought when I read the contest thread, but since I hated the episode so much, I didn't want to enter it. I did vote for it, though.

Yeah, that's what I'd figured... there were clearly personalities, whether AI or otherwise, emanating from the temple and who took possession of Data. Thus, I figured it qualified as non-corporeal. It wasn't my favorite episode by any means, but I thought the idea was pretty cool. And that mask gave Data a pretty freaky look about him.
