In the Episode contest, HopefulRomantic just barely manages to squeak in a victory () with her stunning Uniformed T'Pol....

In second place, we have a three way tie between I am Surak (with another T'Pol entry), Skywalker (with his guide to spotting non-Abrams timeline variations) and star (with somebody who is not T'Pol without a shirt on).

In the Theme Contest, Praetor Shinzon also manages a close win with his trip into Vulcan religion....

HopefulRomantic comes in second place, with Cowboy Archer looking like he just stepped onto the set of a Spaghetti Western....

I'm so very glad I decided not to use that screencap, because you did a way better job with it than I ever would have.

I also almost went with a shot from this same scene, but I just wanted a shot of Columbia, and I couldn't fit it into 140x140 without it looking awkward. I really liked how TOSy the ship looked there, all white and shiny.

I'm glad that you didn't either -- because then you wouldn't have done your hilarious entry! And mine? I just tweaked the colors and contrast and added stripes. Nothing special.

It's a great shot... but I did want Trip in there. My second choice would have been what you ended up using!

I blended together these two screencaps, here and here. In the first one, it kind of seemed as if T'Pol was just standing there, watching Hoshi work, which is what gave me the idea.

Good point. Reminds me of when we did "Regeneration" way back when and I blended two separate and unrelated images from the ep to create my entry.

Hmm, now I'm tempted to reuse that one when we get back to that episode...
