(can't believe i just not found this thread.)

hi everyone! i'm Justin Barber. 22 years old and i live in Big Stone Gap, VA. i only post at one other message board on the net. (bottalk.com/board)

i'm new to the board but i've been lurking around for years. i grew up watching TOS reruns, thinking it was the greatest thing ever. then TNG started and i've been watching/reading everything Trek since.

Hey everybody, I used to post here years ago (I think during ENT's second season) under the name DeafPoet5. I left because of various conflicts with my schedule, and I stopped watching ENT and Trek altogether until 2K4, when the Xindi arc took place. It renewed my faith in Trek for sure! Now I currently watch Enterprise whenever I can, as well as TOS on Space and TNG on Spike and Space when I can. My biggest pissoff is that I am a total Niner and I can't find anywhere to watch it in Canada short of buying the overpriced DVDs.

Either way: I hope to be able to save enterprise in some way, and enjoy all other trek, just the same as I have my whole life. :D

I'm Daniel, 21, from Toronto. I'm an accounting student, and I have been a fan since the start of Voyager. Since then, I have watched many episodes of Star Trek (except TAS). I'm a big Enterprise Fan.

This is how I would rate the shows (1 being my least favourite...5 being my most favourite)

1 TOS
2 TNG
3 DS9
4 VOY
5 ENT

Hi y'all. Well, I'm not really new here. But I swear EVERY Time I try to log into TrekBBS I have to come up with a new ID...it won't take the last old one. :wtf: So, I guess every time I post its #1.
I'd been trying to log in again since that fateful announcement, and I know I've been using the right ID and PW...I write them down...everytime.
I'm not giving up. I'm sending letters and cards and emails to everybody I have addresses for.
Hope this ID lasts for more than one post...otherwise I'll have to go through the whole process again....again.
Linda

My name is Shauni, T'Poptarts on Trek sites, but I also go by MacGyver and Goldfish. This is my first post in the Enterprise forum, although I've been lurking for a while (I'm kinda shy...). I post in the Trek Art forum sometimes.

Anyway, I'm in my mid 20's (though I keep getting 10-13 a lot), I'm an actress located in southern California (yeah, a shy actress, and you've never heard of me because I'm short, overweight, and not very pretty...) and I've been a Trekkie since... ever? My all time favorite characters are Spock and Data, although there is no single (regular) Star Trek character that I dislike...

I like Vulcans... I guess I can relate to them in a way, with their suppressed emotions and all... because my emotional state is pretty much, for the lack of a better word, Vulcan. I find it quite liberating, since emotions have a nasty habit of clouding one's judgement, seen that happening too many times with bad results... Or perhaps I only think this way because I've never experienced the other way. Yeah, I'm a total freak. What else is new?

Aside from that, I'm kinda nuts, as you can clearly see if you look at my artworks... I also like comics (X-Men in particular, I'm a huge fan). Oh, and my roommates think I'm cool. Go figure.

Hey guys and girls, my name is Joe and I grew up watching TOS reruns with my dad. I'm 26 and I'm a grad student (chemistry :D).

My (screen)name is ShadowKat. My real name is Katie and I'm twenty-five years old. I've been a Trek fan since the ripe old age of nine, when I watched my first episode with dad. the first episode I saw was TNG "The Child," because I remember that this beautiful woman was pregnant and she didn't do anything. I thought it was pretty amazing. hey I was nine give a girl some credit.

Outside of Trek, I like Touched by an Angel, X-Men, Gargoyles,Strong Medicane etc etc i can go on forever. I love reading--my favorite authors Danielle Steele,Christie Golden just to name a few.

I work in the Human Service department called Rehabilitative Sciences.I work with kids with learning disabilities, elderly, and substance abuse people. I watched bits and pieces of ENTERPRISE but couldn't really get into it. Occationally I will TRY and watch a complete episode I am thinking that the series finale will be my first full viewing of a show.

My heart belongs to TNG because it was my first experiece watching Star Trek. I used to make fun of my dad. I watch the others as well but TNG is so my baby.

Hooray! You're here! Now people won't think I'm schizophrenic when I talk about you ("Suuuure, galleywest, your "sister", uh-huh..." *whispers* "Just smile and nod at her!")

Or should I say: shraaaaaan-tastic!

What does it mean to be...shrantastic?

Well, let's see.

Hi, my name's Jami. I'm a 28 year old female. I haven't posted much in this forum cause I don't have much intellegent stuff to add to what's already been said. However I do like Enterprise and I sincerely hope it can be saved cause it's a good show. Much better then crap like Desperate Housewives.

Besides Enterprise most of what I watch is either British (Brit-coms, British mysteries, on BBC America), cartoons, or real life stuff like things on Court TV and shows like The First 48 and Cold Case Files. The only reality show I watch is Queer Eye For The Straight Guy. I love Kevin Smith movies and Broadway musicals. I sing and sometimes even get paid for it, but I work in a library to pay the bills. (However I'm looking for a full time job so I can have health insurance.) I own a dog named Audrey. I currently have a childish crush on actor Alan Rickman and my favorite singers are Michael Crawford, Brent Spiner, Barry Manilow, Neil Diamond, and Weird Al Yankovic.

All in all, I'm pretty boring.

Live long and prosper.

Hey, everyone!

I'm relatively new to the Star Trek world, although I did watch The Next Generation with my family when I was a kid -- but never with the avid dedication I now watch Enterprise. To be honest, I didn't even know it existed until I caught the Season 4 premier one Sunday night. I didn't have a clue what was going on (Nazis? Weird red-eyed people? Wha'?) and didn't know what the show was even about (beyond it being one of those 'Star Trek' shows), but I was curious enough to come back for it the next week. And I've kept coming back ever since. :) (It annoys the heck out of me that it's on Friday nights, but I do adore whoever invented VCRs.)

Hrm. A little about myself. My real name is Liz, and I'm a 22 yr. old Texan. My interests are really varied, but here's some of the stuff that I actually do: kayaking, backpacking, horse-back riding, reading, and shopping (I'm ashamed to admit that I have an addiction to cute shoes). Oh, and I adore musical theater.

I hope this doesn't make me horribly unpopular around here, but I'm not a huge fan of sci-fi. The only other TV shows I watch besides Enterprise are Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Desperate Housewives (pathetic, I know . . but it's addictive, I swear!). I tend to like something fluffy like Friends, more often than not, to give me a break from the real world. (*ducks the rotten tomatoes*) I should probably give other sci-fi shows a chance, but . . they don't have Connor Trinneer. :)

Alright, I'll shaddup now. But it's good to be here!

Hola. Name's John. I'm 21, goin to college at the University of Missouri in Rolla, MO, majoring in applied math with emphasis in aerospace eng. I've been into Star Trek ever since I watched TNG with my mom when I was little and Picard became one of my hero-figures, he had such noble ideals. I only liked the episodes at the time that were full of fun techno babble and sciency things, but as I got older and went back and watched the old episodes again it was the human-element that intrigued me.

In my free time I do computer programming (not by choice), studying physics (school). I like to read Heinlein and Gordon Dickson scifi, I've been watching the Voyager episodes in sequence for about 2 months now...Old history books like Plutarch's Lives, The Peloponesian Wars...I'm a big LOTR fan, but recently my addiction has been to Enterprise. I watched the first few episodes way back, lost interest. Then recently I acquired the back-shows and watched them all in order - fell in love after Broken Bow this time around...I've been hooked ever since.

I'm completely in love with T'Pol and surprisingly I don't hate Trip for it (I'm usually the jealous type :D) but he's such a charming chap that I get along with him easily, I hope he gets the girl in the end, he's such a downhome country boy.

And as for insights into my soul...The biggest dream I've had since I first laid eyes on a starship was to design that kind of thing, be part of humanity's own real Trek into the stars. I hope to at least have helped us put humans on Mars and perhaps the outer regions of our solar system by the time I retire. By the time I die the next generation (tehehe, pun) of engineers damn well ought to be on the way to developing an interstellar warp-like propulsion technology.

If I can do all that and perhaps leave a few engineer-tikes running around in the process, I'll consider my life productive :)

Hi,

I'm Christian, a 29 year old fan from the UK.
I can't remember a time in my life when I wasn't a trek fan.

The first time I remember been "really into" trek was when next generation started when I was about 11. I got confused by the whole "70 years after star trek" thing and spent too much time wondering if Riker was meant to be Kirk.

I'm such a huge Enterprise fan now; I'm already planning a special beer/popcorn evening for the final episode.
