Ed Naughton would be a Trekkie. Not Ralph Kramden!

Aquehonga

Fleet Captain
I could so see Ed being one of us Trekkers:bolian: And Ralph wanting no part of it!

Ralph would have the same attitude toward STAR TREK he had towards Captain Video & the Video Rangers:D

But then down the road I could possibly see Ralph unexpectedly finding himself getting into a ST episode up at Ed's place one night & then all :o asking Ed to teach him all about ST. Kind of like what happened in the mambo episode.

Ralph & Ed didn't like Carlos, then later all :o, Ed, Ralph
& the building's armada of husbands, ask Carlos to teach them the mambo dance.

You think Ed would be one of us? And be mocked by Ralph for it?

You think Ralph might later turn Trekster the way he changed about mambo dancing:confused:I'm tad skeptical Ralph would join STAR TREK aficionadodom:(

Posting this here topic reminds me of the good ol'nights in my TV market when “The HONEYMOONERS” came on every night at 11:30pm followed by STAR TREK(tos) at midnight followed by “The TWILIGHT ZONE” at 1:am:beer::cool:

What's YOUR view of this here t:hugegrin:pic?

And is Ed's last name NORTON like the actor of the same name or NAUGHTON like James & David?

My view? It's "Norton", not "Naughton".

Arrrrrggghhhh!!!!!

Is it Norton & NOT Naughton?:o

It is NORTON isn't it?:o

That's 1 of those name spelling mix-ups I keep making:scream::mad: Sometimes with whole names even:o

Recent example of a mix-up like this up in here was my GenTrek post about Species 8472 where I initially confused the 4 & 7 in SPECIES 8472 resulting in the misspelling of their name as Species 8742:alienblush::o

I made an even worse blunder down below in TrekTech mixing up the names of DAVID Niven the ACTOR & LARRY Niven the SCI-FI AUTHOR, Was thinking of Larry but put David down retarded-like:o:mad:

:wtf:

I'll make corrections as necessary, as I did in my GT S-8472 topic & down below with my Niven error/confusi:confused:on!

:wtf: :o

Well, you may fail the spelling test, but on the plus side, you almost certainly win for most emoticons in one post...!

I l:adore:v them thar emoticon thingees:D

TrekBBS doesn't have a thumbs down emoticon. I could swear they used to:confused:

Means we aficionados can't give our best “Siskel & Eberts”:(

Well I guess bein` all able & such to express half a “Siskel & Ebert”, that thar :techman: emoticon, ain't halfbad!

I think the reason you might have thought it was "Naughton" and not "Norton" is because Jackie Gleason didn't enunciate the "r", and it came out SOUNDING a bit like "Naughton".
