Burnham named dropped the Enterprise

Vulcan is still a desert planet, the buildings reminded me of ST'09, except none of them were hanging from rocks as far as I can tell.

The door way in the background is similar to Enterprise

the Vulcan ship, kind of has a ring going around it.

The Vulcan writing/script returns

Amanda appears, and Spock is name dropped.

The label on the bottle isn't too easy to read, but it looks like Lorca and Cornwell were drinking from a bottle of Wee Bairns.

The planet/moon on Vulcan was the same as in TMP (despite Spock saying that Vulcan has no moon, which is maybe, technically correct)

I blinked and missed it... Were those "elders" ever there, or were they the DSC version of Balok's puppet?

The emblem on Burnham's chest on Vulcan - Kohlinahr? The TMP one was cheap plastic, but the symbols are closely resembled.

I don't see why Burnham would be wearing any Kolinahr-related symbol.

Kolinahr only applies to a tiny minority of the Vulcan population - just those who actually HAVE purged all emotion, as opposed to simply repressing them which is what most Vulcans do.

Not even Sarek is a follower of Kolinahr, so Burnham wouldn't be one either.

Yes, I understand that, but there's cheap plastic 1979 version and possibly updated 2017 version. I'm just pointing out that the two are too closely related to not have some meaning. Kolinahr had a hexagon, Bunham's had an octagon. Could just be a simple design thing.
