No problems here. Every 4 weeks they have been on target charging my card, and 2 to 3 days later my books arrive. I'm up to volume 12 now. I'm also in the states.Has anyone else had problems getting in touch with the Eaglemoss customer service department? I restarted my subscription this month but no money has been taken and no books have been recieved.
I've emailed them a couple of times and I've tried calling the number to no luck.
