No problems here. Every 4 weeks they have been on target charging my card, and 2 to 3 days later my books arrive. I'm up to volume 12 now. I'm also in the states.

I've been trying to get in touch with them too. I've had two lots of books from them in the past couple of weeks but the first box contained two copies of volume 20 (UK Comics, part 2) and the DC Heroes crossover. Emailed them, no response and spent 20 minutes on hold to their customer service department yesterday with nobody picking up (made even worse with their choice of hold music - Justin Bieber? F*** off!)

I know this will seem an odd and random question but do they have a twitter or facebook account?

From what I've seen on twitter, tweeting a companies account often gets a faster response than trying their customer service. Especially if you make it a public tweet that references their account.

Eaglemoss updated their upcoming books. They took off marvel DS9 for the next chunk of kelvin verse series.

Any idea why they took off the Marvel DS9 issues?

They've finally replied to me! Took a Tweet showing my dissatisfaction with not being able to contact them via phone or email for them to get back to me.

Well sadly they’ve lost a customer here. I closed the PayPal thing with them. They sent me a twitter dm apologising but that’s it. I foolishly got rid of a lot of my old DC, IDW trades in anticipation of this series, I’ve just rebought a load from amazon.

Volume 27 will be the first DC collection, the original 6 issue TNG mini-series from the late 80s.

It seems that they are still giving preference to runs of stories that have already been collected before. Less clean-up required.

I didn't realize they'd done some of the Marvel Deep Space Nine and Voyager stuff. None of that has ever been collected before.

I'm no longer a sub but I'll get individual volumes. It's great the Marvel 90s stuff is getting collected for the first time
