Yeah, they had that huge 50-75% off sale in early 2022 that ran for like a month. Then followed it up with another sale of 25% with free shipping.
in hindsight…there were plenty of signs.
Wouldn't trust it. Not at this point.
The saucer is a bit thin…but looks better. It really was! Really nice quality from Hot Wheels. I sold a bunch of the JJprise Enterprises a few weeks ago, one person came in and just bought them all (we only sell them for $1 to $2 a piece, so... yeah). I'd like to see Hot Wheels come out with another line similar to what they did with the Star Wars Hot Wheels 50th line. Great looking detail on these little $5 ships.
Indeed. The XLs seem kind of... cartoony? That probably sounds wrong, buut I have an XL JJPrise and it looks cartoony. It's nice, but, once you enlarge them a bit the model doesn't quite work for me. Maybe it's me being nitpicky, but I just like what I like.
Oh, oh, oh, guess what came today? It's the last one I was collecting, and it arrived while I was typing this!

They ever do the Planet of the Titans Enterprise study models?
Not to my knowledge, which is weird considering both ships were seen on screen.
One was in the background of Spacedock in ST III, the other was in the Qualor II supply depot in Unification. Not doubting you, but I’m interested to know when? DS9 Frankenstein Fleet?

IIRC, there was a time when Ben said that they were looking into doing those extra study models as shop exclusives. You can see at least one of them listed under the "Additional possible Bonus Editions identified on social media" section of MA's Eaglemoss page.Gosh. Blink and Miss but very cool. Cheers.
Assuming this is true, all Eaglemoss' stock has gone to private companies. There will be no sale. The company is essentially gone. If you want a model - I reckon to buy it now wherever you can, whilst the limited stock is still there. I just sold the Voyager XL for £130 and that was a good deal for the buyer as they are up at £200 on ebay. I originally paid £25 in the sale. The quality of the Eaglemoss tat is cack, but the resale value seems to be going up and up. You will start to see insane prices for things like NOMAD - which hardly sold at all and wasn't made in any sort of quantity. Same with other random stuff. The DISCO ships though, LMAO - they were basically giving them away here in the UK. They made a ton of that **** and couldn't shift it.

It seems like most of the ones selling for well over list are the newly released popular ships (particularly the XLs). The old popular, less popular and "single episode" type ships still seem to be selling for list or below. Not everything!
Here in Germany the local ebay (ebay-kleinanzeigen) has still normal prices for most eaglemoss models. You can now sell them vor normal eaglemoss price. Before eaglemoss stuff was thrown after for 20 Bucks...
They're not dead, so long as we remember them...Days on and I still think it's a real shame. They made such a broad range of stuff. Like, broader than any range before it with prototypes, concepts, XL's gold plated, plaques... a paradise for a Trek collector basically. I dare say there will never be a range as wide and (kind of) near-comprehensive again.
I'm also sad because now I'll never own the XL NX-01. Or any kind of Excelsior at all.
Plus, what are the guys in Hollywood going to dress admiral's offices with in modern Star Trek productions?
Hastily-built model kits sprayed silver, just like the old days.Plus, what are the guys in Hollywood going to dress admiral's offices with in modern Star Trek productions?
