Dune 2018 (19,20,21...)

I have stuff all over the place, so it's kind of a mess. In each group I have the series organized alphabetically, and then in the series I go in chronological order.

I start off with good intentions and have them in mostly alphabetical (Though same universe stuff gets put together), but then I get new items and don't have time to slot them in order so they go at the end.

Or at least, until I do have reorganisation time.
 
Hmmm… saw the Dune trailer at the movie theatre on Saturday night (here in New Zealand) and it looked soooooo good! Even better on the bigscreen (which may sound like stating obvious but it really was).

Got me really excited again!
 
The trailer played when I went to see Godzilla vs Kong on Tuesday. It really was awesome on the big screen, but for some reason, they cut it at the title card, so no Sandworm reveal. Don't know if this is just something they do in Germany, but in any event, I was a bit disappointed.

Sadly, I didn't get to see the first trail in front of Black Widow (or A Quiet Place Part II but that was far less likely).
 
Denmark's rating board has listed Dune as being 2 hours 35 minutes long. It's also passed Chinese censorship review.

Huh, it seems like it's an issue on my end. I can't access IGN at all. Weird.

Edit: Turns out it was my VPN. Still weird.

I really dig the more subtle blue eyes of the Fremen - not the neon blue versions of the movie and the mini series.

Art design is top notch on this movie, can't wait for October.
 
Not me. I want beginning users to have light blue tinges and streaks of blue to their whites. I want full on super addicts like the the natives of Arrakis, Guild agents, and Piter to have the so deep they're almost black pure blue eyes of the Ibad from the novel.
