DS9 Voyager Crossover ideas

DS9 and Voyager also had Dr Bashir, I Presume, which I kind of count as a crossover of sorts.
I made up some Arrowverse-style crossovers in another thread and one I liked was a big scale Mirror Universe multipart episode like Crisis on Earth X, where you could have mirror counterparts to the TNG and Voyager crew appear with Prime DS9 versions and I would also bring back William Shatner as Emperor Tiberius.
I keep having this image in my head now of just a threeway argument of Picard, Sisko and Janeway arguing about some conflict that Starfleet has got stuck in and what the best way to go about it is.

During the series you mean? That'd be difficult without some external force like the Q or something. You could find a way to use Relativity and the Prophets, I guess. Some Bajoran artifact out of time is found on a planet near Voyager, the Prophets redirect Kira who is traveling through the wormhole to its path to make it right.
