You won't be disappointed. For one it's DS9, but the author really gets what Trek is all about and has a deep love for it, and his original fiction has the hopefulness of Trek in it.
Could a moderator rename this thread to "DS9 30th Anniversary"? I am pleased to say I was wrong - there are plenty of DS9 releases coming out for the anniversary.
There will also be a DS9 story in issue #7 of Star Trek Explorer featuring Nog and Ezri Dax written by some dude with four initials......
If you have figured out a way to bring back J.R.R. Tolkien, please issue a press release. I think he would rather die again than write in someone else's universe, but I would be fascinated to read his take on Trek. Nog sure came a long way from a kid who filled Odo's bucket with oatmeal for a prank, didn't he?
Keith that's great news your going to have a new Ds9 story in an upcoming Star Trek magazine. I'm looking forward to reading an new Ezri and Nog story.
The cover of Sisko's autobiography is in this article. https://trekmovie.com/2023/01/18/st...graphy-is-coming-from-captain-benjamin-sisko/
From what I understand, there's another DS9 story coming in issue #8 of the magazine, too (not by me).
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned on here but someone posted a couple solicits for a new DS9 comic miniseries set during the TV series called The Dog of War over in the 2023 releases thread. As a dog person, I love that the whole thing is going to be focused on a Corgi.
FYI: I just got my subscription copy of STAR TREK EXPLORER #6, which is full of DS9 content, including new DS9 stories by James Swallow and Una McCormack. Plus interviews with Nana Visitor and Armin Shimerman, articles on the show, etc.
The Sisko Autobiography has a release date of October 10. https://www.amazon.com/Autobiograph...keywords=Benjamin+Sisko&qid=1677855539&sr=8-1
