Draft scripts of DS9 and TNG episodes

I've noticed on Memory Alpha information from draft scripts from DS9 and TNG that didn't make the final versions. I'd just like to state that if any author would like to curate these into an official release I would buy it on day one!

An example of a draft script: "Emissary" .

The scripts were released on CD-ROM in the late-90’s by Simon & Schuster Interactive on their “Companion” CD-ROMS. I’ve got both CD-ROMS and I found the worked good up to Windows XP, and then for the newer Windows they’ve been patchy.

Also the video trailers are the trailers from the official Star Trek website in the 90’s and early 2000’s. So they are 256 color, in I think 160 by 120 pixels. So for TNG the best place for the trailers are the TNG Blu-Rays that present them in their original 720 by 480 interlace format. The DS9 trailers are only on this CD-ROM.

A few scripts were also published in the “Star Trek Scriptbooks” series:

Also the reference book “Star Trek Phase II: The Lost Series” contains the original complete Phase II scripts for ‘In Thy Image’ (what became “Star Trek The Motion Picture”) and ‘The Child’ (that was later adapted for TNG’s Season 2 opener ‘The Child’).

I should have been clearer. The draft scripts I'm talking about have never been released officially. Some are available online. They sometimes differ quite a lot.

IIRC, "Data Entries", an early TNG digest-sized quarterly letterzine/newsletter about Data, regularly published excerpts from TNG scripts for intended scenes, but omitted from final edit of the aired episode. For example, Wesley's birthday party in "Coming of Age".

Trek Core also has the final draft scripts for TNG and DS9 episodes.
