Yeah, I saw this the other day and thought the same exact thing.
Yeah it's been speculated for quite some time that his amulet would be an infinity stone
This whole time I've been expecting the Soul Stone, but after seeing that TV spot the other day, I agree the Time Stone seems far more likely now.

Even though Rachel McAdams' Christine Palmer is one of the comic book Night Nurses, she won't use that identity or wear a costume in the movie, although they don't totally rule out it happening later. I'm really not surprised by this, since a) she's a doctor here not a nurse, and b) because all of the descriptions talk about how she's going to be normal doctor with no real connections to magic or any of that kind of stuff.

The end credits theme has made it's way online. I like it!
Sounds 80's folksy. Reminds me of The Mysterious Cities of Gold and other 80's cartoons, which is great because I have great nostalgic love for those shows and their music.
Dr Strange and Fantastic Beasts both are slated for a Chinese release.

The visuals remind me of those from "INCEPTION".
Allegedly the material in the trailers barely scratches the surface of it all, but I certainly am with you with the rather derivative nature of the "fantastical imagery" offered up thus far.
Alas, poor Marcus...
I must say Benedict Cumberbatch's American accent sounds better there than it did in the first trailer. Makes me hope it won't be as jarring when I go see the film now.
