Don't Drink Tea or Coffee!!!!!!

I recall the worst experience I ever had with a cup of coffee was an Americano taken one lunchtime at work. About half an hour alter I started getting palpitations and my pulse was going very slowly. I felt giddy and very high at the time, to the point where I couldn't stop laughing at one moment.

I might try it again one day. :)

Sounds like a caffeine induced bigeminy arrhythmia. :bolian:

^ I have to drink Decaf tea most of the time.

When I can, though, I like to sit back and drink a hot cup of Darjeeling tea, and watch my favorite movie. I get all of my teas from Adagio. Once I found them (and their prices are very reasonable), I don't buy my teas in the store. I get the loose tea and use my little filter cup. I have tried lots of different teas by this point, and I'm discovering that I will never tire of a nice cup of hot tea. It's therapeutic. :D

No, it's the insanely excessive amount of tea you drink, not the tea itself. Anything could be bad for you if you drank "a lot more" than 90 cups a day.

WATER WILL KILL YOU. DON'T DRINK WATER!!!

Oh for gods sake, is nothing safe to drink?? what am I going to do? :(

Ehm, drinking too much liquid is bad for your body...

Here is an explanation:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/magazine/6263029.stm

The condense version:
Drinking too much water can eventually cause your brain to swell, stopping it regulating vital functions such as breathing, and causing death. So what happens?

and:
We lose water all the time and so need to replace it and in normal circumstances should aim to drink about one and a half litres every day, she says. During hot weather or exercise more should be consumed as dehydration can lead to bad breath, tiredness and a higher risk of bladder infections.

"If you are going to the toilet more than once every two hours or so that might be too much, especially if your urine is clear," she says, but adds that drinking too much water is unusual.

That was my drink back in my twenties. It was very economical.

But my ice-tea doesn't have actual tea in it silly! It's made with sugar and water and fake flavoring and coloring.....only healthy stuff.

This is a travesty.

Right...so you're all too good for 4C or something. Snobs! :)

This is a travesty.

Also, it's not iced tea.

No it's definitely iced tea...it says so right on the can. :)

Mine too, though I switched from 4C to Nestea a few years ago.
